Cancellation

Over a month ago I had booked an apartment with Flame Lily Guest Apartments and yesterday (1 day before we check in) our booking was canceled without prior warning. So not only did they ruin someones birthday, but we must now also wait for our money to be refunded in 7-12 days when we were supposed to get it today to do a booking elsewhere. Very terrible damn service.
