Cancelation refund Kayalako

I booked through booking.com for Kayalako at the blyde on the 29th of March 2025 After a few hours later, I received an email that my booking was canceled and they had referred a place I could try or I get my refund as they only realised then they were fully booked yet I had already paid and got a confirmation email. To this day no one has bothered to call me or refund my money Their phone does not go through and the property says I need to get my money from booking.com I am very disappointed ended up having to spend more money I am very very disappointed and I would like my money back ASAP
