Cancelation *** pin 5815

I have made reservations but only to realise the next day I made the booking for wrong dates. I cancelled immediately explain it was the wrong dates now they want to take R1400 cancelation fee, this is ridiculous. This is steeling from people, you did not lose any money as I cancelled within 24hrs. I will let everyone know how you deal with clients and you dont even answer my emails i had to phone. Perfetic company...
