Cancelation of reservation

We have booked and paid a return taxi to transport us from king Shaka international airport to umhlanga and back to the airport after 3 days. The company only sent a cancelation of the reservation email which was received upon our arrival at the airport. We then had to find an alternative transport. The expectation was that we will be refunded a full amount but to date we only receive half of our money. Regardless the efforts we made via their helpdesk requesting settlement, we were not refunded since 6 January to date.
