Cancel no refund

No refunds on cancellation It’s a bit negative that Booking.com cannot intervene for their clients. I will not use booking.com in future. To make a booking booking.com reacted immediately by to cancel the client has to contact the reservation themselves. We try from desember to get our money back and everyday another reason They even deleted the reviews on there website They confirmed cancelation on site to getter with bookings.com but they did not response with any email as requested or answer any call since that day to refund our money They together with booking.com say full refund but nothing yet It's been 2 months
