Call centre service

I am an owner of a place listed on the website. My Manager had to leave and I am struggling to change all the details from hers to mine in order to get into the account. If you phone booking.com you speak to a Bot. If you do not have the codes they adk you, you cannot do anything or go any further with the call, so I am stuck
