They dont keep their website updated on what is available and when you paid you told the place is not available due to renovations. You already paid for it. Then when you call them they say that they can find you alternative accommodation for which you must pay again and you must wait for the refund on the original booking. So what should people do that can't afford to do that???? They left to sleep on the streets. They are a bunch of theives. Stay far away and rather approach the place you want to stay in directly then you know you getting what you paying for.
