Bull**** Bookings.com

Hi there , this is regarding this bull**** bookings company. I booked an apartment on Thursday last week for Friday 30-31June. On the day of the booking just before leaving to the apartment the property says that they double booked the apartment and that we need to cancel the booking. Inasked them for a refund and they said to contact booking.com for my refund . What bull**** is this where the property doesn't even assist you in anyway.
