BRING OUR DEPOSIT BACK

Booking.com has been nothing but unpleasant. My boyfriend and I booked for.l the 1st-3rd of September 2023. We had to pay an upfront deposit of R3000 and were promised that our money would be released on checkout day and we would receive our money in 10 working days.

It’s currently past 15 working days and we have recieved no email confirmation or apology or at least an explaination of when we could expect our money. There is NO way any bank can take 5 days to clear money out. We want our money please ?
