Bring back my money

On the 16th of June I booked a holiday for my birthday on the 11th of September until 13th of September then I challenged because I couldn't go for some reason. Then booking.com promised me that I will get my refund which is R6682.97 after 7-14 calendar days but I didn't get it even now. Please help me
