Botanik apartments Pretoria-Booking.com

We made a bookong through booking.com, the place was not very well kept, nothing is working. The guest brought in extra people late at night, making noise through out the night. The u0keeo is very poor. Tried to get a hold of booking.com, but nothing. I will never use them again. The lady working at the place was no help, didnt care, gate wasn't working. Terrible place to stay at,
