Boooking.com - Useless company when it comes to Customer service

Useless company when it comes to their Customer service. Today I emailed them asking to re-do a review. They emailed me more than 8 times asking me for the same information which I kept giving them. Yet not once did they try to actually help me with the issue that I had, which just needed a Yes or No answer.
