Bookings.com shocking service

Shocking service received or maybe I should say not received from booking.com. I booked way in advance, paid in full and drove ****m to be told that there isn't any rooms available and that the guest house is no longer associated with bookings.com and I need to make other arrangements and pay again obviously for that. I am still waiting for someone to tell me when iam getting my money back. I am never going to use this service and will advise everyone I know not to aswell. Shocking to say the least.
