Bookings.com protecting ****mers

Rented out property a property on the 27 September 2024 at 239 Oxford road Sandton Somerset Hall and paid the amount in full only to arrive at the property and told we have been ****med bookings.com hasn’t done anything about it till this day and telling us that they are investigating the matter but the property is still on the website and is available to be booked. Bookings.com doesn’t do the right vetting to ensure this does not happen to its customers and are protecting ****mers to continue ****ming other people this completely ridiculous and they don’t care about their customers. I would give them negative stars if it was possible .
