Bookings.com not paying partners

URGENT: Booking.com withholding partner payouts and not paying host on time - Business failing I changed my verified banking from personal to an FNB Business account. Booking.com successfully deducted their commission money 6 days ago but my payout is stuck on their system reads as 'payment error'. Local support agents tell me calling won't help. Their agents are so rude and arrogant. Their finance team are not responding to my messages. I need a finance manager to manually release my funds today! Will be taking this to twitter and proceeding with taking legal steps.
