bookings.com - not helpful

We use bookings.com regularly and had some complaint from a supplier who had nothing better to do than gossip and lie. bookings.com and the supplier allowed us to cancel the booking for free we got confirmation but then they retracted. bookings.com is doing nothing about this . they dont support customers, only their suppliers
