Bookings.com more like *****s.com

I wish I could give them zero stars they are a bunch of ****** and will rip you off this business is complete and utter BS I searched for vehicle rentals without a credit card and was directed to their website and I proceeded to book a car online. My savings account was swiftly debited in the amount of R 863.98 and when the confirmation was sent, I saw that I required a credit card in order to collect the car. I immediately canceled the booking in under 5 minutes from making the booking and I received an email from them that I will forfeit my deposit due to my cancellation. I enquired about a refund as the only reason I canceled was because of the credit card situation and was informed by their agent Menna that I cannot get a refund due to their policy, WFT they didn't even lose out on any business as it was practically cancelled immediately.
