Hello Peter,

I booked Lux Lifestyle guesthouse through bookings.com money was deducted from my accoun. When I got to the place I was stranded outside,when I called they told me the venue hasn't been operational for two years and bookings.com was informed about this. I haven't received my refund as yet.
