Bookings.com bad service

I have experience such a bad services on Saturday the 7th December via bookings.com, after drinking 300km with my wife and 3 small kids I bboking a place called Moon octave booking number ***, I called to check in and was answer buy a very load noise sounding like a party at 5pm, I was told to wait 1hr with my kids outside as they are cleaning they said, I drove to eat and called after 1hr30mins, I was message another number to call of which I called again at around 6:30pm and I was answered by a highly intoxicated individual who told me to wait for 2hrs as he was cleaning, I canceled the booking as the service sounded risky and suspicious, which was unfortunate for my family as I spent another 2hrs looking for a safe place to stay, I need my refund and people should be aware of this type of service, it's risky and inconvenient, bad service recieved via bookings.com
