Bookings.com bad customer service.

I booked a place to stay the host ignored my calls when it was time to check in. Bookings wont answer my calls or my complaints logged i want my refund back because i had to find another place to stay which was extra costs i didnt budget for. Please rather use airbnb bookings.com is the worst. They not customer friendly.
