I would not give them even 1 star!!! Perhaps -2. A week or so ago I decide to see how they operate in comparison to Airbnb. I’m a super host on Airbnb and can recommend them 100% I put my listing on booking.com but could not finish off 100%. I received email from them to say that I will get confirmation in 24 hour and then they will help me through the rest of the process. The very same day I got booking requests Needless to say it was all wrong rates and requests to book for 1 day ( which I don’t allow) as well time I’m booked already on Airbnb. For more than a week I have been trying to contact them with no avail. Then a lady phone me and I explained all to her. She promised to delete my booking but that also have not happened. I received a link to delete the listing but it seems to me that that also did not work. Please stay away from booking.com. They are a mess Hettie
