Bookings.com are ****mers

Hi As we arrived at Tiny Huts Camping it looked like a dumping site. We were so excited for the weekend away that i burst into tears when i saw the place. It is nothing like on the pictures that they shared on Bookings.com. They took our money R2448.00 and now they dont want to refund us. The huts has no aircon, it is very tiny, you cant even open the door because the bed is in the way, the kitchenette is terrible, you have to walk outside down the stairs to go to the bathroom, the door to the bathroom is to small anyone can see when you shower or use the toilet, the small braai area is in shatters, the little pond is dry and looks terrible, no green grass , the hot tub is empty, oh and the list goes on and on. Please help me resolve this matter and get my money back.
