Bookings.com are big ****mers

This company ****med me. I made a booking on the 29th DEC 2025 for Riverview Loft Bonza Bay ,East London, checking in on Wed 31 Dec 2025 – Fri 2 Jan 2026. The Lodge sent me an email that they're fully booked and I must cancel the booking which I did.

Booking.com sent an email that i will get my refund within 7-12 days. but up until now I haven't received my money. When I call them , they keep on making promises that I will get my money within a day or 2 and the last promised date that they gave me was the 17 Jan 2026. The booking confirmation no: ***
