Bookings.com and Stylish Little gem

We booked at Stylish Little Gem in Capetown for a week in April 2024. When we arrived the bedding and towels were all smelly - the bedding remains the same throughout their pictures on bookings.com. We reported this to the host, Leon. He assured us that the bedding and towels were washed before our arrival, but later offered us a refund for the rest of the week. After chatting with bookings.com customer service which is a nightmare by the way, we were informed that we will be refunded with only one night. Leon of stylish little gem did not honour his word. I complained to bookings.com, without any success. I will never use bookings.com again, and not advise people to wast money on stylish little gem based in no5 Colombar street, Capetown... unless you are used to sleep in filth.
