Made Booking for evening of the 4th August 2024 Guest House 72 Milnerton Ridge Cape Town . Charged to my Card /account. Arrived as per my request and was not given access. Contacted Bookings.com and they made contact with the guesthouse yet the charge more than a month later had not been reversed. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Tired of waiting on a 20min call for R790 GUESTHOUSE 72 STAY FAR AWAY *******
