Bookings.com

Bookings.com is a ********** app. I initially made bookings for 4 adults and 3 children. However after the payment went through, the booking is made for only 4 adults. I emailed them, tried calling them but I have received no help. At this stage I just want my money back. I'm very angry and disappointed with them.
