Bookings.com 3 months delay in paying canceled accommodation

I made a accommodation request via bookings.com on the 5th May 2022 for check-in on the 6th and check out on the 7th May 2022. I canceled my bookings Reservation number ***on the 5th May 2022 and bookings.com agent confirmed that they will reimburse my funds. It is almost three months now and l haven't received any refund.
