Bookings, wagendrift lodge laidenburg

I made an booking through them. the property where i was supposed to stay wagendrift lodge canceld on short notice because of rain. the woman at prooerty **** snd said she cancelled my reservation ask for banking details but never made payment. this was done on short notes i had to make new reservation plans. i asked bookings to help me get money back. i dont know if they are robots or wgat. they cancelled the booking tefuse to understand property cancelled snd not me. i need my money asap cant wait 7 days if they can het it immidiatley out of my account they must esculate payment. i sit with a problem know and they refuse to understand that i need my money today. i dont try to be nausty had to get home. proof it was property cancelled: Juette. We had a heavy rain storm outburst and no one can get to the farm. The road is very badly damaged. I am currently contacting every guest coming in for the next 2 days to cancel.
