BOOKINGS ****MED US OUR MONEY

My niece made a booking via bookings for a weekend away in Urban Elephant hotel in Cape Town. Guess what, they ****med us. They took our money and when we requested about the the bookings they told us they know nothing about us paying for our commondation. They said, we have been ****med - they said we mustn't open any case they will open the case on our behalf. Until now we haven't heard nothing from them instead they have blocked us.
