BOOKING.ROT

Booking.com is rotten.! I have an establishment registered with them but they're calling the shots! They tell me I have an unpaid account with them and for two months I struggle to prove to them that it is paid. Even send them my bank statement! They have the cheek to block my business on their site for two months! When I started threatening them with legal action, it suddenly was resolved. No apologies. I'd like to know how much business I lost because of their incompetence? BOOKING.ROT. Dont use them! Don't support them! Don't trust them! Don't believe them!
