Booking.com/Rockview Lodge Phalaborwa

We made a booking for the weekend 29-31 July 2022, when we got to the premises we found the place was way below expectations, the bathrooms not working, beds dirty sheets, rooms were smelly and all, this was the worst experience ever. We called the owner of the place “Rockview Lodge Phalaborwa” and he promised to refund us because we could not sleep there, we had to make other arrangements and slept elsewhere. Today is the 11th August 2022 we’re still not refunded. Booking.com also said they’re waiting for the owner to refund us. Booking confirmation number: ***
