Booking.Comn poor service

I booked a hotel room and when arriving there was no reservation.I have been trying to get a refund from booking.com but I have been totally ignored.There are no contact numbers to assist with enquieries. Shameful that they take your money but when they make a mistake you get zero help . Dont use them!!!!
