booking.com worst ***** ever!

Booking.com is a waste of time. Real *****, they use the best photos from all different types of rooms to create the perfect room. This is now the 3rd time I booked through them for my wedding anniversary and I've been disappointed every single time. They do not give you what you pay for. Conned way too many ppl. Rather book directly through the hotel of your choice. Do not use them, u will b highly disappointed. I have already lost thousands which I cannot get back..
