Booking.com worst customer service

Be careful about using #booking.com -worse service ever! They take no responsibility for their members standards of accommodation!! How easy it must be to market other sub-standard accommodation as 5 star and then to pull a pathetic response of ' you as a customer should take it up with the provider WE supposedly screened and recommended!!! Be careful of using them as they are nothing more than brokers adding commission with no after service support or customer service! Passing the buck to the customer is not acceptable. So they marketed a 4 star boutique hotel in Paphos #Maricas boutique hotel only to find ****roaches crawling out of cupboards and mold everywhere as not something they can influence! So why would anyone trust your hotels or services considering you provide nothing more than a sales site without quality assurance of your members???? I cancelled the booking immediately and the hotel receptionist screamed at me that a few ****roaches are not a big deal! When I wanted him to allow me to video tape him saying that ....he ran away??? #Cyprustourism to receive footage shortly or their 4 star rated dumps!!
