Booking.com won't refund you

I booked with them on 11 February 2022 because they had advertised a special for that day. I confirmed the booking without checking that the date was in the future and not that same day. I immediately called the owner at Beryl1 Guezthouse in Klerksdoro who agreed to waver the penalty. Booking.com then confirmed the refund would be paid in 7 working days. When I followed then up it changed to 10 to 15 working days. It is now 1 month I haven't seen my money. What is irritating is that that they bow operate like ****s because they don't respond to messages anymore.
