Booking.com **** with Belabela luxury tent resort

I have booked a weekend away in Bela Bela, I paid the full amount through Booking.com. They send me an address, email and phone no. I tried to phone the no before my departure but it was permanent on voicemail, the address is in the centre of Bela Bela at a robot crossing. I drove all the way to Bela Bela and looked two days, asking around and no one knows this place. It cost me a lot of money, to stay over plus the amount I paid to Booking.com. I request that they refund me in full for this ****. If they don't I will open a ***** case against them at the Police plus take it further. So be careful if you use there site especially when you see Bela-Bela luxury tent resort, this place does not exist at all.
