BOOKING.COM WILL NEVER STAND FOR THE CLIENT

I booked vehicle to rent at First Car Rental via Booking.com. On arrival at O R Tambo International Airport at First Car Rental I was told I do not qualify to use their service due to credit score. I contacted Booking.com the next day since I had to go home to rest because it was already late after after 8pm. The next day I googled their number I was transfered from one number to another until I opted to email......... And the manager told me it was too late no refund for me. I lost ZAR1371.10 trying to book vehicle via Booking.com
