Booking.com will Mislead you,thinking a place of good quality when it’s not

I booked a Hotel at Kempton park , Named Hotel El Infinito that I got from Booking.com when I got there the Hotel was not upto standard the bathroom was not even clean …On my way out my car was ran over by their gate and the security apologised but to this date I have not heard from the company , so question is why would such a place even have 5 star in that condition, booking.com mislead me and I regret
