Booking.com will leave you stranded

Booking.com allowed The Bay Atlantic Guest hose to cancel my booking 24hrs before I had to check in. They then offered me a new accommodation which required a new deposit. I was not refunded the deposit from the booking they had cancelled.

All they could say was sorry.... Meanwhile they have left me homeless in a strange city.

I'm appalled.
