Booking.com what a joke!

I am absolutely appalled at the service from Booking.com credit department! I have been waiting for over a month for a payout for a guest booking and have yet to get an answer on when I will recieve my money. I have waited over a month for my money and booking.com is now threatening to suspend my account as they have not received their commission. Commission they where supposed to take off the invoice before paying the invoice. They have the nerve to send me threatening emails of suspension but do not care that I am still waiting. We all need to sign a contract with booking.com and adhere to the contract but booking.com get to do what they want and not adhere to the same contract and there are no repercussions on them. Absolutely discussed by the lack of service from the credit team.
