Subject: Ongoing Refund Issue – Booking at The Baths, Citrusdal

Dear Booking.com,

I have been trying for over two months to secure a refund after being overcharged by R6000 for a booking at The Baths in Citrusdal. Unfortunately, I have been passed back and forth between Booking.com and The Baths, with neither party taking responsibility or providing a resolution.

This lack of accountability and action is deeply disappointing. I will no longer support either company, and I intend to inform friends, family, and colleagues about the poor service and unacceptable delay in processing my refund.

I urge you to take this matter seriously and resolve it without further delay.

Ps Booking.com is by far the most shady online travel agency - no telephone numbers, no person that can be identified as the main culprit, nothing nada!
