Booking.com very dissapointing

Hi My name is Mpume, my confirmation number is ***. I made a booking with booking.com on 2024/06/30 and i paid fully. When we checked in on the 7th of July 2024.We found that the property manager was not aware of our booking. He had no clue. We ended up going back with our luggages.I was very disappointed.We want our money back.
