RUDE !!!! VERY RUDE !!! We booked 2x flights through booking.com and had to cancel it, we had to call Safair and cancel it ourself and now struggling to get our refund !!! Their voice tone makes it very clear that they do not want to help us ! I will never recommend booking.com to anyone ! Clearly they are not proud or passionate about their job ! Unprofessional
