Booking.com *****ulent

Have used Booking.com for years but this last experience has been shocking Made a booking based on the price shown but when payment went though the price was higher Have spoken to numerous agents who apologies and do nothing Have written emails which bounce back and have sent my compliant on their messaging site Have had no positive respone at all..... Quoting one price and charging another higher price seems to me *****ulent .I will not be using their platform in the future
