booking.com travel insurance: *****ery

Booked flight tickets, was shown transaction summary, which was essentially for the cost of the flight tickets, which was paid via credit card.

Two later later see a charge on my credit card for travel insurance, at an amount of approx 20% of the tickets value.

Did not request travel insurance, nor was advised in the transaction summary of the travel insurance cost.

In trying to get a refund and cancel the travel insurance, getting the run around, goes on and on and on............
