Booking.com took our money and didn't deliver as per what was booked. Neither have they refunded our payment.

Invited guests from Sweden. Paid for accommodation at kruger national park and drakensberg resorts through our regular tourist agencies. All good until our guests decided to travel to CT and pay for accommodation trough Boocking. com. They paid and received the booking confirmation. Bought airplane tickets too. Two days later they said we cannot go to the place we choosed anymore and offered other inconvenient places . Also offered our funds repayment . It's been 24 hours since we confirmed our funds needs to be returned in order to pay for alternative accommodation and didn't get our refund. We couldn't pay for other accommodation and lost good deals. Boocking .com is definitely a holiday destroyer . Cannot be re**** on and is not recommended. They took our money and gave nothing . Now they keep it. Will.open a theft case against them as soon as we are back in Sweden
