Booking.com ******* !!!!!!!

I made a reservation to Kwalala lodge and which I unfortunately had to cancel. I did the cancellation a day after the booking , it was advertised as FREE CANCELLETION 14 days before booking checking in date . Worse part on my booking list it reads CANCELLED FOR FREE But I was charged the full amount . I phoned Kwalala lodge I was informed that they will contact Booking .com and I will be refunded the full amount ,I gave them my account details Its almost TWO WEEKS NOW , im still waiting for my refund , I phoned every day …….I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT IS THE DELAY REGARDING MY REFUND !!!! I need ANSWERS !!!!
