Booking.com their service is nonsense

I have made booking on booking.com on the 8th January 2020for the Rock view lodge in Portedward. I confirmed the dates and I made payments. Few minutes after the payment I received an emails saying that they are sorry they can't accomodate me for the dates that I have chosen beacause they are fully booked and they did not update their site.

I then rep**** to booking.com to say that they must cancel my booking and refund my money but up until today I have not received my money.

I spoke to Gean from booking.com she said that she's gonna give me my back within 7_12 days, but am not because I need to go on a holiday this coming Friday (18 January 2020)
