Booking.com the biggest *****sters out there.

Last Friday my sister and hubby booked themselves away for the night using Booking.com it it was an awful experience. We made the first booking and upon arrival the host said that she already promised the room to someone else. Luckily in this case they could retrieve the money. After this Booking.com boosted a place called View 180 in Coral road Blouberg Cape Town as a last minute booking destination. I booked and when they got there there was no one, the place was abandoned and my sister and her husband stood outside in the cold. I phoned the number listed on Booking.com thrice from my phone and 8 times from my husband's. I also emailed but NOTHING. I managed to call Booking.com someone picked up after almost 12 minutes of waiting on the phone. He placed me on hold phoned the same number I tried before came back to me and said unfortunately that number goes to voice-mail. I was still busy talking to him on the phone and he putt the phone down in my ear. I'm sorry but this is unexpected. Firstly I was ****med out of my money a R935,66 to be exact and Booking.com itself did not assist me in anyway. People please be careful out there. It also seems like they blocked my number because it indicates that the number I'm trying to call is incorrect.
