Booking.com, terrible customer service

Paid R27k for a flights to Mozambique which were cancelled by booking.com and Mozambique in December 2024 and I have still not been refunded. I have escalated this at least 5 times to booking.com with no resolution to my refund. Don’t use booking.com, the flight I booked clearly states it is refundable but booking.com are not interested in truly helping, I just keep on getting the run around.
